Events turn upside down, and now what?

Building on the Crisis Management Compact Course, this second module of the seminar series Crisis Management presents the active work in the crisis team. In addition, the fundamental elements of Crisis Management are also examined in greater depth. This includes dealing with the actual work of the staff and the process organisation.

We place special emphasis on the importance of the staff’s methodical approach to their work in dealing with an unknown case. Particular emphasis is placed on the requirements of leadership and mastering the rhythm of leadership during a crisis.
