Getting the risk under control

Module 2 will take place from October 31st to November 1st 2023

In our private and professional environment we encounter a multitude of risks every day, which we evaluate intuitively. In a company, however, it is not enough to rely on our intuition and it is vital to establish an adequate Risk Management System.

This series of seminars provides the necessary knowledge for setting up, testing and increasing the efficiency of a Risk Management System in a company. This is based on the respective national regulations in the German-speaking countries, in particular the legal basis in the KonTraG, the new ISO 31000:2018 and other international standards (COSO and ONR 49000 ff).

This course also forms an essential basis for the new understanding of Corporate Security, which as a consequence of digitalization is no longer exclusively concerned with physical security, but also deals with questions of IT and Information Security.

During the training the qualification as Risk Management Officer according to the requirements of ONR 49003 is acquired. After successful examination the participant receives a certificate.
