Basic structures of the new ISO 22361 for crisis management

In October 2022, the new ISO 22361 Crisis Management was published by the ISO bodies and is now available for all interested parties.

In this webinar, Dr. Klaus Bockslaff, who himself participated in the negotiations as a representative of Switzerland, will present this groundbreaking standard for crisis management and answer questions from the committee work.

Two of the most important aspects of this standard are the leadership requirements of a crisis manager and the process organization of strategic decision making in a crisis. These and other aspects will be discussed in depth in the webinar.
