The decisive success factor in crisis management is your personality. Self-reflection and knowledge of your own behavioral patterns in critical situations are important skills that help you to survive as a leader in a crisis. This has recently also been emphasized in ISO 22361 in Chapter 7. We delve into the requirements outlined there and show their practical application.

As a member of the management team, you are jointly responsible for the continued existence of your company. It is therefore all the more important that you maintain an overview in a critical situation, master the situation with confidence and determination, and initiate and decide on the necessary steps together as a team. Knowledge about your own behavior and the group-dynamic interaction are of crucial importance.

Against this background GemaSim® was developed for the training of interpersonal skills. In addition to deepening the theoretical basics and exchanging experiences with experienced coaches, you will learn how to design the processes of leadership and decision-making and how to train them under pressure using this computer-based simulation.
