Preparing, conducting & evaluating a crisis management exercise in accordance with ISO 22361

In this seminar you will learn how to design and implement exercises according to the requirements of DIN ISO 22361:2022 in chapter 9. You will familiarise yourself with different types of exercises, go through the steps for preparing, conducting and evaluating a crisis management exercise and evaluate crisis management exercises. You will carry out exercises in small groups and conduct a practical crisis team exercise on a ransomware scenario.
