The Importance of Leadership in Crises

Strive for decisions and decide!

In this webinar, we will extract the particularly important element of leadership questions in staff work from our certificate course on crisis management.

During the webinar, we will first ask ourselves what lessons we can learn from the “Endurance Expedition” of British Antarctic explorer Ernest Shackleton before working out the importance of leadership in the crisis. The aim is to describe the method by which the solution-finding competence of all staff members can be used optimally. How can a systematic decision-making process succeed under time and action pressure? What contribution does the element of cooperation in the staff make?
