Lessons from non-event

Barely made it through

In this webinar, we will first ask ourselves what is the significance of the “non” or near events. Afterwards we show that you can learn from a mistake. We discuss the well-known “Swiss Cheese Model”. Similarly, we discuss the question of where the difference between an event and a non-event lies. Of particular importance is the ability to learn from mistakes and draw the necessary consequences.
A good error culture is demonstrated by particular examples. We then discuss the question: Why can a high availability organization work? The “High Reliability Organisation” was already described some years ago, but has not lost its significance to this day, or is more relevant today than it was before.
