As members or leaders of the crisis team, you have already acquired knowledge in the field of crisis management and successfully implemented a crisis management system in your company. Now this course is about analyzing the psychological elements of crisis staff work in the foreground.

In addition to deepening the theoretical basics and exchanging experiences with experienced coaches, you will learn how to design and train the processes of leadership and decision-making using the computer-based simulation GemaSim®. During the scenario, you will gain practical experience of how you yourself act in a team under pressure.
